TERM & CONDITIONS:

This warranty card certify that your LED TV carries one years panel & one year parts warranty from the date of purchase. After three months from the purchase date home visit charges will be paid by the customer.

CLAIMING WARRANTY:

1 – This Warranty card must be properly filled by the Dealer /Shop Keeper stamped and dated at the time of purchase.

2 – Company will provide spare parts free of cost within warranty period once Panel & Main PCB with new or functional except cabinet controllers, switches and other plastic related parts.

3 – LED TV pick-up & delivery at service center will be customer’s responsibility.

4 – Company will deduct amount of missing parts/accessories/packing from customer/dealer in case of unit replacement.

5 – To claim the warranty customer should have the original purchase receipt in hand.

THE WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF:

1 – In case the warranty card is left unfilled, tempered or modified.

2 – Any tempering found with the set by any unauthorized technician or used parts not provided by the company.

3 – Modifying / tempering with serial number or modifying / tempering / breaking the seal of the product.

4 – The product is damaged by accident, misuse, improper installation, abnormal transportation, food or liquid spill, insect infestation or any natural disaster.

5 – Short circuit is caused by cable current or high voltage by WAPDA.

What is Not Covered:

1- Damage caused by accident, misuse, water, fire, power surge, or improper installation.
2-Physical damage to the screen or body.
